    5s are five Japanese words start with the sound “s”-reorganize, arrange, clear, clean and habit.
    Reorganize means to classify all your possesions into two parts-necessary and unnecessary, clear away those unnecessary and keep nothing else than necessary in working area.
    Arrange means to put everything in order, so that you can reach what you need whenever necessary.
    Clear means to clear out rubbish and wastes to keep tidy.
    Clean means to clean throughly.
    Habit means to cultivate the good habit of fulfilling the plan following the fixed procedures.
